- Your enrollment and first payment are processed immediately upon sign-up. This payment reserves your first box.
- Your actual subscription service starts on the 1st day of the calendar month following your sign-up date. This is when your membership benefits begin and your first box is prepared for shipment.
- Example: If you sign up and pay in May, your subscription is activated and your first box will ship in the following month (June).
We ship all subscription boxes during the second full week of the month (Monday through Friday). You can expect an email with tracking information as soon as your box is in transit.
- For your initial order, you will be billed immediately upon checkout. This payment secures your spot and covers your first month of service.
- All subsequent recurring charges occur on the 1st of every calendar month. You will not be billed again in the first month.
- Example: If you sign up and are billed on May 20th, your first recurring charge will be on July 1st, and then August 1st, September 1st, and so on.
